Elementary ONLINE Registration Thursday, July 25th-August 1st. All registration information is available at http://spanishoaks.nebo.edu/registration
Elementary In-Person Registration Tuesday, July 30th from 8:00 a.m. -4:00p.m. for ALL Kindergarten students and any brand NEW students to our school. Please bring birth certificate, immunizations and proof of residency (2). For Kindergarten students, please indicate AM or PM in the "NOTES" section.
Parents can prepare now for registering their Kindergarten children by making sure they have a birth certificate, proof of residency and that their child is current on the following immunizations: DTap, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Polio, Varicella and MMR.
