Spanish Oaks Staff Spotlight

Mrs. Kris Truex is a computer technician at Spanish Oaks. Her husband has been in the military for over twenty years. She and her husband live in Spanish Fork and they have two sons. Kris grew up in California and graduated and attended college there. She has lived in Utah for the past twelve years. She is interested in going back to college and pursuing a degree in mortuary science. Her favorite foods are anything you can wrap up in a tortilla and a good sloppy joe. Her favorite vacation destination is anywhere with a good beach! She enjoys volunteering for the army, and loves to read. A favorite book she just read was Divergent. Her favorite quotes are “What you live with you learn, what you learn…you become” and a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” She loves watching the students mature and grow every year. She enjoys helping the students at Spanish Oaks learn technology. Spanish Oaks is lucky to have such a wonderful person on our staff!
