Chromebook, Library/Take Home Book RETURN and Student Belonging Grab n’ Go Pick-Up

There are 3 things that need to be accomplished:  student belonging pickup, library/take home book return, Chromebook return (after May 22nd).  Our schedule needs to keep everyone safe AND practice social distancing.  We will have 2 day(s) when parents can return books, turn in Chromebook(s) and pick up student belongings according to below schedule:

Tuesday          5-26-20            10:00-12:00     A –  F   (last name)
Tuesday          5-26-20            12:00-2:00       G  – L   (last name)
Wednesday     5-27-20            10:00-12:00     M – R   (last name)
Wednesday     5-27-20            12:00-2:00       S  –  Z   (last name)

Parent (one at a time, staggered) will enter the South-East OUTER gym doors on the stage side.  Parent will return all take-home books to a labeled table/bin.  Parent will return all library books to a labeled table/bin.  Parent will turn in their Chromebook(s) to designated tables.  Parent will then collect all student belongings (labeled bags) from grade-level table.  All student items K-6 will be available on labeled grade-level tables in the center of the lunchroom.  Parent will then EXIT the North-East outer gym door on the lunch counter side.

This accomplishes our direction of social distancing and large group gatherings with just one (1) drop-off/pick-up event.  Persons in the gym will be spaced apart and limited to only an essential number of people.  Staff in the building will be spread out and be limited in number.  Thank you so much for your support and patience!
