Today in 3rd grade we talked about rounding. We used our "rounding" balloons to help us know that the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 have the number stay the same. 5 and above go up!

Choir Begins at Spanish Oaks
We are so excited to be able to offer our school choir again this year! We will start on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. If you haven't turned in your child's permission/information sheet, please send it to school with them this week, or bring it to choir next Wednesday.

Exciting news! Brigham Young University invited educators to once again attend a football game where teachers could be honored for their service to the community. This was an opportunity designed to recognize the powerful influence of teachers in the lives of their students. Thank you, teachers, for all you do for our kiddos at Spanish Oaks Elementary!
2017-18 Theme Introduced at Spanish Oaks
Mrs. Brown has been busy traveling around the school to each classroom introducing our HERO theme to each of the students. Both the students and Mrs. Brown have been having a blast! Look for more information on our theme through the coming months.
