We had some great students reach their goals this week and get to ring the bell. Our ringers are Evren, Holden, Dean, Fabian and Abigail. We are so proud of each of them!!

We are going to be having several dress-up days here at Spanish Oaks during the month of December. We hope all the students will dress up and join in the fun. On Thurs the 8th it will be Grinch Day. The students can dress like any character from The Grinch. On Fri the 16th we will be wearing Ugly Christmas Sweaters. Any Christmas shirt will do. And finally, on Wed the 21st we will be wearing pajamas. The best day of the year! Happy December!

The 3rd grade was excited to bring Thanksgiving Point to the school to share about life cycles.
We had 2 more students pass off a goal in their class to earn the chance to come ring the bell in the office! Congrats to Bruce and Wesley for working hard!
Today we had our Veterans Day Assembly, which is one of our favorite assemblies of the year. It was a heart-touching and emotional assembly. Thank you to all our Veterans!
We have started a new tradition here at Spanish Oaks. We are having the students set goals, then when they reach that goal, they get to come to the office and ring a large (and loud) handbell. "To Celebrate Something Done Well, Ring the Bell". Our very first bell ringer was Ryker Brooks, who met his goal!! Congrats, and here's to many more "ringers".
1st grade having fun in the first snow at recess!
