Reflections Participants at Spanish Oaks

Submitted by sherri.peterson on

Thanks to all the students who participated this year in our Reflections program!  We had creative entries that showed a lot of time and effort put into them.  Congratulations as well to our winners, and best of luck to those moving on to the next level of competition.  A special thanks to Laurie Dallon and our PTA for all their hard work and dedication to making this progam successful!

Spanish Oaks Students in the News

Submitted by kali.brown on

Two of Spanish Oaks Elementary's very own students made the news this month ...

"Spanish Fork girl uses own money to raise money for homeless kids ..."  Cheyanne Prather reached her goal of raising over $500 dollars by selling candy and treats to raise money to buy clothes for homeless children.

"Blechen builds an undying bond with young fan ..."  Peyton Bard got to spend time with one of his football heroes, Brian Blechen.

Keep up the good work, students ... We are proud of you!

Invasion from Mars in Fourth Grade

Submitted by kali.brown on

Families, teachers and students all enjoyed the amazing presentation of Invasion from Mars as students impressed the audience with their fluency and expressive reading.  Ghosts, pirates, ninjas, princesses, etc., all took center stage for Mrs. Rosenvall's 4th Grade Readers' Theater.  Very realistic, 4th grade!
