There are some great goals being achieved at Spanish Oaks!

Congratulations to the following students for winning the Rodeo Reading challenge:  Maddox Sorenson, Ella Palmer, Kayson Davis, Naomi Christensen, Hudson Glenn and Peyton Millard.  They each received 2 tickets to the rodeo.   The grand prize winners are Kayson and Peyton, who will also receive boots, hat and jeans from Reams.

We had a great time today celebrating our principal, Mr. Murray.  If any of you don't know, he LOVES golf, so we made him a 9-hole golf course to travel through.  He had a great time, the teachers enjoyed it, and the students thought it was the best!  Mr. Murray said it was way harder than real golf! (That could be because we made him us a mini golf club and a plastic ball :)   

We appreciate all he does to make this a great place to work and to go to school!

We have the best secretaries around, hands down!  It was so fun to spoil them a little bit yesterday on National Secretaries Day!  Holly, Stacey and Steffanie are amazing at their jobs, and we couldn't run the school without them!  Thanks to each of them for all they do!

We are so proud of Steffani Waggoner, Mindy Johnson and Chrissie Robinson for the amazing support they give to our school.  Steffani won the Outstanding Support Staff award, Mindy the Outstanding PTA Member award, and Chrissie the Outstanding Teacher award.  These are Region 10 PTA awards, so we are very excited to have won 3 of the 4 awards.  We have great people here at Spanish Oaks!

It was a cold one, but they were troupers and did a great job!
