This year at Spanish Oaks Elementary School our new theme is "Where you look is where you go . . . Aim High!" Mrs. Brown is reading, and then gifting, our year's picture book to each class. Our book is "The Thing Lou Couldn't Do" by Ashley Spires. It shares a story of a girl who was afraid of heights, but how she keeps looking up as her friends play in their tree house. In the end she decides she can't climb the tree YET, but will be back to try again tomorrow, because she loves an adventure.
We Aim High at Spanish Oaks!
