The students at Spanish Oaks were excited to welcome the Just Jumpin' jump rope team to kick-off our "Jump Start Reading" reading program for the 2015-2016 school year. "The best investment we can make in our community is to ensure that our children can read, and the Road to Success program is an effective way to make that investment."
