Our first Excellent Explorers of the year are an amazing bunch of students.  They work hard to be the best students they can be.  They are:

Jackson Dabling - 4th Grade  Jackson is consistent in showing kindness and respect to those around him. He is a very focused learner and a great listener. Jackson is also a kind and aware friend. He tries to include everyone when he is out at recess and he is aware of those who may feel alone. Jackson is a compassionate leader.  -Mrs. McMahon

Jose Carvajal – 4th Grade  Jose has been an exceptional student this year. He works really hard in school, always shows respect, and tries his best. I've noticed that Jose is a friend to all. He has a fun personality and goes out of his way to make people feel happy. I'm so glad Jose is in my class this year. Keep up the good work Jose. Thank you for being such a great student .  Mr. Rigby

Talmage Eyring – 5th Grade  I would like to nominate Talmage Eyring. Talmage is such a wonderful student to have in class. He works hard no matter the assignment and always turns in excellent work. He is kind to everyone else in the class and can truly be a friend to all. Not only is Talmage always on task, but he works hard to make sure his classmates are on task as well. He will help others without being asked and is a true light in our classroom every day. He is full of excitement to learn and makes our classroom a brighter, happier place.             Ms. Mattingley

Leo Newman (1st)- Leo is always so kind and respectful in and out of the classroom. He is a good friend to all of the students in our classroom and makes everyone feel welcome. Every time I see Leo, he is happy to be at school and ready to learn. He follows directions quickly, tries his best to be on task, and works hard each day! -Ms. Weeter

Brantley Vanausdal - 3rd grade. Brantley is always working hard and trying to do his best. He comes in and gets working quickly. If something is difficult or hard for him, he never complains and always tries to do his very best work. Brantley is also one of the kindest kids. He is a friend to everyone. He is willing to play or work in a group with anyone and when he does, he treats them extremely kind. He always has a positive attitude. He stands out and is a wonderful example to others. -Mrs. Taylor

Brantley is one of the best students in my class. He is always here on time and ready to learn. He tries harder than most of the other students around him. Even when things get difficult, he does not give up. He has a lot of GRIT! He is a kind friend to all those around him as well. He is polite, he smiles, he follows the rules, and he cares about other people's feelings. I would love a class full of Brantleys! -          Mrs. Monroe

Abi Tienda - 2nd Grade. Abi is always happy and cheerful. She is a hard worker and always tries her best. She is very helpful and kind to everyone in our class. We are lucky to have her in our 2nd Grade class. Lesa Taylor

Congratulations on a job well done, students!
