Submitted by sherri.peterson on

Please welcome Rachel Wanlass the Art teacher.  She is a brand new teacher that has never taught before. She wants to go to Antarctica so she can meet the penguins.  She is a Phillies and Yankees fan. She enjoys See’s chocolate and peach rings. She likes to eat at Marino's, an Italian restaurant. Her favorite book she recently read Is “Oh the Places You’ll Go.”. She also loves seeing students enjoying making art.  Rachel Wanless is a great addition to the school.

Staff Spotlight of the Week-Miss Jordan, Speech/language teacher

Submitted by sherri.peterson on

We are excited to spotlight Miss Jordan as a new Speech/language teacher. She has six people in her family! Most of them work in schools.  Her mom is a principal at Spring Lake Elementary, and her sister is a teacher at Maple Ridge! She was born in Provo, Utah and lived there until fourth grade, then she moved to Springville. After that, she lived in Payson growing up. Now she lives with three friends in Provo. Wow, that's a lot of moving! We are all really excited that she works at your school!   By Katie Bennett
