Teacher Spotlight of the Week-Mrs. Quinton, Sixth Grade

Submitted by sherri.peterson on

My name is Gabrielle Quinton and I am from Fort Lauderdale Florida. Growing up I always loved going to the beach and spending time with family, especially at Disney world. I love all things sports related. I’ve played volleyball since middle school and I currently play on different city leagues. I love the summer time and feeling the sun on my skin. Some simple things that make me happy are fireworks, chocolate shakes and watching tv with my husband. I also enjoy traveling and I’ve been fortunate enough to visit many different countries and learn about their cultures .

New Year Resolutions at Spanish Oaks

Submitted by sherri.peterson on

The third grade students have been working on New Year’s resolutions. They all came up with ONE word describing something they could improve upon during the upcoming year. With their ONE word they decided on action steps to help them achieve their goal and did some writing on why they chose that word.
They are all excited to get started on their goals !
