A big "thank you" to all that participated in our Box Tops Race last October. Our next Box Tops Race starts at the beginning of February.
Box Tops are due by Friday, February 17, 2017. Students and families, it is time to please start clipping Box Tops! Every class has a container in their room where you can turn in your Box Tops.
Today Mrs. Dimmick's class learned about opinion writing. The students shared their opinion about why they should get an Oreo after PE by using the Oreo steps of opinion writing.
In our school library we have two bags where students and teachers can return library books. Last week our school librarian, Lindsey Downey, was awarded a drop box for returning books. We are so excited about this more organized way of returning books!

Merry Christmas to our fabulous librarian, Mrs. Downey. Thanks to amazing school support at our PTA Book Fair this fall, we were able to purchase a 'Book Drop Cabinet' for our school library. We are so grateful for everything Mrs. Downey does for our students and we hope the new Book Drop makes it easier for her as she manages books for over 500 kids.
