Informational Writing on Pumpkins at Spanish Oaks

Submitted by sherri.peterson on

Students in Mrs. Graham's class have been having SO much fun learning about pumpkins for our informational writing unit!  Today we explored the inside and outside of pumpkins first hand and recorded our observations in our pumpkin flip books.  Two lucky winners get to take the pumpkins home with them at the end of the day!  We're ready to do some informational writing!

Doughnuts with Mrs. Brown

Submitted by sherri.peterson on
Second Graders in Mrs. Graham's class were so excited to have their doughnut party from Mrs. Brown!  They won the party for being the class who got the most Facebook "likes and follows" for our Spanish Oaks Facebook Page.  It's never too late to "like and follow" Spanish Oaks Elementary on Facebook, or to invite family members to "like and follow" so they can see the awesome things going on at Spanish Oaks!
