Big Umbrellas of the Week
Even with the excitement of Christmas coming, we still have super students who choose to make wise choices and be kind to others. Thanks to this great bunch!

Here at Spanish Oaks we enjoyed a great Chrisstmas concert put on by our very own choir and orchestra. They really helped us get in the holiday spirit! Nicely done, students!
Thanks, students, for a great week!
Miss North is a new ACC Teacher at Spanish Oaks, she has been teaching for a year and a half. Her favorite part of teaching is when she sees the lightbulb moment in her students. She also loves having fun. She first went to Snow College, then UVU. She grew up in Riverton in the Salt Lake Valley, and her favorite song is “Would You Be So Kind” by Dodie. She loves teaching and being outside, she especially enjoys hiking.

Today for our November reading celebration, we were able to give books to 3 students from each class, as well as 2 bikes, for a group of super great readers! Our bikes went to: Ryker Pack in Mrs. Bates second grade class, and Kalia Mendoza in Mrs. Phelp's first grade class. A huge shout out to Aubrey Smith for organizing this fun celebration. Congratulations, students ... keep up the GREAT reading!
