Wow!! The bell is really catching on! Students are working hard and asking their teachers to please check their scores to see if they reached their goal. This week was a busy, bell ringing week! Way to go Spanish Oaks students!
12 Elves got lost at Spanish Oaks yesterday. The teachers that found them and returned them to the office got a prize. The elves were actually in the ceiling tiles, the microwave, the fire extinguisher box, on the basketball hoop, among other places.
Our faculty and staff had fun representing a Christmas Carol of their choice for the students to guess. They did a great job! The winning classes were Mrs. Dimmick, Mrs. Robinson and Mrs. Dyches. Can you guess the Carol?
If you want to guess, don't read on until you have looked at the pictures :)
Our students each contributed to a large Christmas tree that is hanging outside the art room. It turned out amazing! What a great idea, Mrs. Hurst!
A great looking group of students were chosen by their teachers to be a "Rock" student. Congratulations!
We really enjoyed the third grade program! They sang some beautiful songs, and shared some traditions from around the world. Their hard work paid off! Thanks to all involved in helping to plan, organize and present this program
