Timpanogos Storytelling at Spanish Oaks

Spanish Oaks had the pleasure of welcoming an amazing guest to our school today ...  Donald Davis is a longtime Timpanogos Storytelling Festival favorite and has performed on some of America’s most prestigious stages including at the Smithsonian, National Storytelling Festival, and World’s Fair.  Donald has also appeared on PBS, NPR, CNN, and ABC.  An award-winning artist, Donald has recorded over thirty albums and written eighteen books.

4th, 5th, and 6th graders can learn dances from around the world on Monday Morning(s) from 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m.  If you have multiple students in the upper grades, please fill out this form for each student.

Walk More in Four 2017 at Spanish Oaks

Our PTA is so excited for this year's ... Walk More in Four 2017!!  So many good reasons to walk to and from school ... Happy Walking!!  Please watch for this attached form coming home today (Tuesday) with your student.  Have them walk at least 3 times a week to be entered into a drawing to win bikes, scooters and helmets.  Let's get walking, Spanish Oaks!

Spanish Oaks HEROES

We are so excited to share our very first HEROES here at Spanish Oaks.  They are a great bunch of students who have shown extra "Hero" characteristics this past week:  HELPING someone ... looking out for EACH other ... taking RESPONSIBILITY ... choosing to be OPTIMISTIC.  Thank you for a job well done!

Non Food Rewards at Spanish Oaks

We are working as a school to support non-food rewards for our students; to promote healthy, active lifestyles.  This helps us encourage good eating, as well as keeps those with food concerns at our school safe.  We invite families to consider sending non-food items to school for celebrations, i.e., pencils, book donated to class, erasers, equipment, etc.  Thank you for your support!
